EXPERIENCE

Janet Wilkerson established INVEST Commercial Real Estate, LLC  in January 2008.

Was Vice President of Sales for Dean Realty Co’s Kansas City Portfolio totaling more than 2,000,000 square feet of office, flex, industrial and underground space.

Started commercial real estate career with NAI Cohen-Esrey Real Estate Services, Inc. in 1997 focusing on industrial and flex office/warehouse listings and buyer/tenant representation.  Represented Brookhollow Business Park a 500,000 square foot flex office/warehouse business park in Lenexa, Kansas.

Was Manufacturer’s Representative for Essex Plastics, Pompano Beach, Florida, selling plastic packaging direct to OEM’s and distributors in the Midwest Region including Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas and Missouri.  Experience with distributors and manufacturers led to an industrial focus in the commercial real estate industry.

Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Pittsburg State University in 1986.
